D.O.P. GARDA TRENTINO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PLATINUM LABEL

The “Museum platinum label” GARDA TRENTINO D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil is produced in the Alto Garda Trentino area, the northernmost olive oil producing area in Europe. Its colour is golden yellow and the smell gives a herbal sensation with balsamic notes of mint and rosemary. It tastes fruity with a light hint of bitter and hot. It is excellent on salads, boiled potatoes, mushrooms, fish carpaccios, risotto with shrimps, grilled fish and fresh cheese. It is also ideal in the preparation of mayonnaise or in baking cakes and biscuits.
