Eastern Lake Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil is a product obtained using mainly "casaliva" olives (a typical cultivar of the eastern bank of Lake Garda in the Verona area). Excellent for use uncooked as a seasoning, especially with lake and sea fish. It is prevalently green and has an elegant and dignified aroma. The taste is delicate and complex, with vegetable notes.
It goes perfectly with boiled and roast vegetables, eggs and asparagus, freshwater fish, grilled or steamed. Ideal with delicate freshwater and sea fish starters or white meats
