Museum Yellow Label extra virgin olive oil is particularly suitable for use uncooked, to enhance the flavour of all dishes. It is a golden yellow colour with greenish glints, while the aroma is of fresh aromatic herbs. It has a clean flavour with hints of aromatic herbs. Slight tart and piquant notes. It is excellent with steamed legumes, tasty first courses, grilled vegetables, vegetable dips, meat carpaccio, roast fish and grilled red meats.
